Rape survivor goes SC looking for permission to get married convict in Kerala.

Kerala rape survivor moved the highest (Supreme) courtyard. He is looking for permission to get married to Robin. Robin Vadakkumchery is the criminal in the case. On Monday, the Courtyard would listen to the rape case. Robin was judging to twenty years of jailing. In February 2019, the court found him raping guilty. Subsequently, the church started steps to send away him from the priesthood.

In addition, the girl belongs to a Catholic family. In the parish, Robin works as a priest. And in 2016, May the girl who did 10 class exams went to the parsonage of Robin. He went for a few data works. But when the girl went the Robin took the girl to his room and raped her. He let the girl go to the house. He told her not to tell anyone about this incident. So the girl had nothing to said, anyone. She went her school daily. Also, She attended mass at church each day. However, she became pregnant because of being raped. But nobody realizes this. In 2017 February, she developed pain in her stomach. She took her to the hospital, so after that, it identified the pregnancy of the girl. And she gave birth to a baby boy. She told her mom about the rape. After that family took up an issue with Robin, he offered to pay the Rs 30,000 bill of the hospital.

On 17th February, the high court dismissed the appeal. So he might marry the raped survivor. The Courtyard also said there was no merit in the request. Robin was judged to be twenty years of jailing. In February 2019, the court found him raping guilty.
