MG University Exams Have Been Postponed, Educational institutions in the Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ramanathapuram, and Kasaragod districts would be closed on Monday due to severe rainfall in the state. Due to severe rains, Mahatma Gandhi University and Kerala University have postponed their exams scheduled for tomorrow.
All higher education institutions in Alappuzha will be closed tomorrow, according to the district collector. In the Kollam district, the district collector has declared a holiday for all educational institutions, including professional colleges. All schools and universities in the Pathanamthitta district, particularly professional colleges, would be closed tomorrow, according to the Pathanamthitta District Commissioner.
Teachers and non-teaching personnel in all govt universities, on the other hand, should be made available to officers appointed by the District Disaster Management Authority upon request.
Exams scheduled for other days will not be affected. All exams scheduled for Monday have been rescheduled at APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. The new dates will be released as soon as they are available. Due to the persistent rain in the district, the authorities have declared a holiday for schools in the taluks of Nedumangad and Kattakada on Monday. Nevertheless, earlier scheduled public examinations will be held as scheduled.
In the aftermath of the orange alert, Kasaragod District Collector Bhandari Swagat Ranveer Chand declared a day off for the schools in the district tomorrow. Colleges, on the other hand, are exempt from the vacation.
Schools in Nedumangad and Kattakada tehsils, including mountainous areas, would be closed tomorrow due to heavy rainfall in the city, according to the district administration. The decision further states that the already scheduled public examinations will not be changed.
