Nowhera Shaik was born in 1973 on 21 September in Tirupati. Her parents are Shaik Mohiuddin Saheb Kolkar and Shaik Balkij.
Although Nowhera Shaik, from her childhood, had shown extreme dedication to the plight of the oppressed masses in her society, most importantly the women of her community. Therefore she always stands for women, especially the oppressed women. And also Nowhera gives all kinds of Justice to the women. She fights against domestic violence, workplace harassment for dignity and decency, equal pay, and gets free legal aid. The lady always gives courage to the sexual assault victims. Finally, she is also a proud single mother.

Nowhera Shaik loves to teach others. Hence she started her social stint when she was 19 years old. And also she began giving lessons to six girls based on religion and scriptures. In 1998 at Tirupati, she started flourishing in the service-oriented educational institution set up.
