Nowhera Shaik, the Managing Director and CEO of the Heera Group , has claimed that Asaduddin Owaisi, the Hyderabad MP and AIMIM President, and his associates are behind the filing of fake and frivolous lawsuits against her. She however, say that the payback procedure for the company’s investors will begin soon. Nowhera Shaik said that Owaisi filed a case against her in the Central Crime Station (CCS) of Hyderabad in 2012. His supporters later filed bogus accusations against her, leading to her arrest on October 15, 2018.
Nowhera Shaik also claimed that she had been receiving extortion and ransom calls before submitting the cases. Because she did not heed the demands, Nowhera Shaik, implicated in fake cases all across the country. In the five states of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala, 29 FIRs registered against her.”I am a victim of political vendetta, and political leaders attempted to implicate me in fake cases,” Nowhera claimed permanently.
Asaduddin Owaisi is the reason behind this fake cases.
Nowhera Shaik, the founder of the All India Mahila Empowerment Party (AIMEP), claimed that her opponents tried to portray her as a con artist because of her developing political career. Nowhera Shaik stated that even though the AIMIM leader made a speech in Parliament alleging a 50,000 crore scam by Heera Group, he could not substantiate a 50,000 rupee scam. It was all meant to tarnish her and the company’s reputation. And also stated that the Enforcement Directorate and other central authorities are unable to establish her guilt.
The Heera Gold owns assets worth 5000 crores in Telangana; however, the investors’ funds are limited. “As soon as the CCS police hand over the data center containing the customers’ information, the company will begin the refund procedure to the investors,” Nowhera Shaik stated.
